 目前正在準備加州的律師考試（7/24, 7/25, 7/26）。 The California Bar Exam is one of the hardest in the nation. California has an exclusionary bar, which means that rather than merely trying to screen out people who are incompetent, the exam is used to regulate the number of lawyers in the state. [雜感] 最後一堂課

 我在美國法學院的最後一堂課是「法理學」，或者，法律政治哲學的思想史。 當教授離去之前，語重心長的說：「有一天，當你從辦公室回來，結束了疲勞的一天，不要急著打開電視麻痺自己，試著拿起一本哲學家的書，重新思索一下法律的意義。」 我還沒有感傷的餘裕，不過也許在很多年之後，我會驀然想起這句話，彷彿先知古老的預言「我輩法律人」的命運。......繼續閱讀
